Brief
Fill in the brief and press Design it: concept, venues, run of show, a costed budget, and a dated roadmap split between champion and Network Manager.
Version history
The REIN Board first, then every region: its Regional Champion and the Local Champions who report to them.
Worth a word
Pairings
New champion with a veteran, or two regions running similar events.

Provider
Costs are fronted by Clifton Blake and reimbursed monthly by YPO / REIN against the statements above. Every figure on a statement is derivable from the lines printed on it. At fiscal year end the contingency is reconciled against actual slippage and any unspent balance is credited back — that is what delivers the site to YPO at cost.

Import people
Copy rows from a spreadsheet (header row included) and paste them here. Columns it reads: Current Name (the name on the site today), Name (what to show), Email, Mobile, Company, Chapter, Notes, Region (the region a Local Champion reports to), City, Board (yes/no). Blank cells change nothing. A name not on the list is added as a Local Champion only when its Region is filled in. You see every change before anything is saved.
Settings
Every roadmap, budget and flag in the tool recalculates from these. Nothing is hard-coded.
Printed as its own line on every unreimbursed month's statement. Marking a month reimbursed freezes that month's figure.
Unanswered questions go to the Network Manager, then to the REIN chair. They never come back to you.
Succession
One file containing the roster, the calendar, the full Playbook with its version history, the contact record and the cost documentation. Hand it to the next chair in June.
Access is by email one-time code. The people list opposite IS the access list — no passwords exist anywhere. Roles are enforced on the server on every change.
Admin manage people, merge Playbook edits, change settings.
Manager events, pipeline, contact log.
Champion own region, design events, propose Playbook edits.
